Privacy Policy for Clean Farm Clean Table — a B2B SaaS software platform. We collect business email and log data to provide the software service. We use Stripe for payments. We do not sell physical products.
What we collect
Business name and contact email, the daily log data your staff enters (including photos, GPS coordinates and timestamps), and billing details processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
How we use it
To operate the software: generating EPA/FDA-format PDF reports, QR verification pages, and account and subscription management.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your data to third parties. Your log data belongs to your business.
Storage & security
Data is stored encrypted on US-based cloud servers.
Your rights
You can export or delete all account data at any time from Settings, or by emailing us.
